1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and digital products operated by Hans-Peter Frei, doing business as HPF Labs ("we", "us", "our"), based in Zurich, Switzerland. This includes hpfreilabs.com and any related websites, applications, and services we operate.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide digital products and software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, including AI-powered content generation tools. Our services are delivered entirely online as digital products.

3. Account Registration

Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments for our products and subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes as calculated by LemonSqueezy
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Credit System

Some services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use specific features (e.g., generating content). Credits included with a subscription do not roll over to the next billing period. Additional credits may be purchased separately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks on our websites are owned by Hans-Peter Frei / HPF Labs unless otherwise stated. Content you create using our tools belongs to you, subject to any licensing terms of the underlying third-party AI services used in generation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Hans-Peter Frei / HPF Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., AI APIs, payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
