Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
